Complaint
Description: On or about December 10, 2022, at approximately 9:42pm, plaintiff was falsely arrested. Defendants Pogosyan, Sanchez and Pascucci, were the arresting officers and signed the criminal court complaint knowingly and falsely accusing the plaintiff of other untrue charges. Defendants did not have an arrest warrant or probable cause and falsely arrested, unlawfully imprisoned and illegally searched and seized the plaintiff. Multiple assaults and batteries were committed to the plaintiff's person by the defendants. Plaintiff was handcuffed and transported to a NYPD precinct where he was strip searched twice with a visual cavity inspection, among other things.
