Description: On May 27, 2015, at approximately 6:00 AM, Plaintiff Gareth Hendrickson, having spent the night at his girlfriend's apartment, was in her apartment and they were having sex when Defendants, Detective Mayky Santos. Detective Michael Miller and Officer Robert Jaquez, broke down the front door and entered the bedroom. Defendants would not allow Plaintiff to dress and made him remain naked in front of his girlfriend and his girlfriend's son for some time while they searched and generally ransacked the apartment. Defendants then supervised Plaintiff getting dressed, arrested him and took him to the precinct. Description: On November 20, 2015, at approximately 8:00 AM, Plaintiff Gareth Hendrickson, having spent the night at his girlfriend's apartment, was in her apartment and they were having sex when Defendants, Officer Nicholas McGarry and Sergeant Adrian Uruci, unlawfully entered the apartment and searched the individuals present. Defendants then arrested and took Plaintiff to the precinct and searched and processed him. After several hours, Plaintiff was transferred to central booking. While being detained, Plaintiff suffered several bed bug bites. On the morning of November 21, 2015, Plaintiff was charged with crimes he did not commit and released.
