Description: On or about December 15, 2020, at approximately 1:00 a.m. in the vicinity of 73 Linden Street in Kings County, Plaintiffs Christina Alvarado and Keenan Brown were leaving Alvarado's mother's apartment, when Defendant NYPD Police Officers handcuffed and arrested Plaintiffs even though they were not committing any illegal acts. Description: On July 11, 2014, Devon Brown, (Plaintiff) was unlawfully and unjustly arrested by Lt. Barbera Fischer and Police Officer Ryan Galvin (Defendants) without consent, any warrants, probable cause or reasonable suspicion, but with profiling. The plaintiff was then falsely imprisoned. A false complaint and false police reports were created so the plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted to cover up misconduct, meet quotas and goals as well as justify overtime. The defendants acted with malice, intentionally and willfully without probably cause. All charges were dropped.

Description: Plaintiff walked into a bodega, grabbed a juice, and knowing the store owner asked if he could have it "on credit" and the owner said yes. Plaintiff then left and was tackled by Lt. Fischer, assaulted, and brought to the 81st Precinct and then the hospital. Plaintiff was charged with assaulting the 2nd and 3rd degree, resisting arrest, OGA, and harassment, which were all later dismissed.

As they were collecting the ID the plaintiff put gum in his mouth officers then grabbed him and made him spit it out by force and from there they severely beat him until the plaintiff briefly lost consciousness. When family asked for the officers to stop they un-holstered their guns. At the precinct officers were asked by the desk Sergeant to call EMT and transport him to a hospital.
