Description: On January 18, 2014 , plaintiff was lawfully present inside an apartment building where he resided when Sosa and defendants falsely accused plaintiff of trespassing and disorderly conduct . Sosa also used excessive force against plaintiff when he pointed his gun at plaintiffs face during the stop and seizure.
