Description: On or about August 6th, 2023, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Plaintiff Alhassana Diallo was lawfully in the vicinity of East 157th Street and Courtlandt Avenue, Bronx, NY when Defendants NYPD Police Officers Louis Morizio, John Doe, and John Roe approached him. The officers had no valid arrest warrant, probable cause, or reasonable cause to approach, stop, search, seize, touch, grab, assault, batter, violate, handcuff, and detain Plaintiff in such an aggressive, offensive, and excessive manner. However, Plaintiff knowingly and falsely believes Plaintiff committed a crime.
