Description: On January 26, 2014, Plaintiffs were falsely arrested by officers outside their residence. Plaintiffs are a 59-year old woman and her 21-year-old daughter, both without any criminal record. That day, numerous officers were in front of the plaintiffs' house, slamming the mother plaintiff's son's head into a police car.
