Description: On May 23, 2023, Plaintiff was in his car on Webster Avenue in the Bronx when unnamed John Doe police offices and Police officers Edward Batista and Safayath Jamil, arrived and proceeded to detain, handcuff, tase, used excessive force that caused Plaintiff to spill onto the sidewalk.
