Description: On or about October 4, 2010, Plaintiff was in a parked car when Defendant police officers approached him, and proceeded to search him and his vehicle. Plaintiff was immediately placed under arrest with his arms tightly behind his back. At no point did the police officers possess information that would lead a reasonable officer to believe probable cause existed to arrest Plaintiff. Plaintiff was brought to the precinct where he was subjected to a strip search. At no time did Plaintiff possess a weapon or behave unlawfully in any way, but Plaintiff was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third and Fourth Degree.
