Description: On May 5, 2013 Plaintiff Abreu was a passenger in a car owned and operated by her mother Plaintiff Paredes and on her way to a charity function where Plaintiff Abreu was to make an appearance as Miss Westchester 2013. At approximately 9:00 p.m. POs Chowdhury and John Does unlawfully stopped, frisked, interrogated, and falsely accused Plaintiffs of driving a stolen vehicle. Plaintiffs explained it was their car, properly insured and registered, and provided proof but POs failed or chose not to conduct an adequate investigation.
