Description: On January 3, 2022 at approximately 7:00 p.m., Plaintiff Phillip Hankins was lawfully inside the building located 1041 Prospect Avenue, Bronx, NY and grocery shopping with his wife. Defendant Western Retail Beef Inc. and several unnamed defendants approached Plaintiff when he was attempting to retrieve a grocery bag to purchase along with his groceries.
