Description: On May 11, 2022, Plaintiff was lawfully present at a property which he owned when defendant NYPD Officers accused him of destroying security cameras at the property and unlawfully arrested him. The Officers removed Plaintiff to the precinct, where he was placed in a holding cell. Plaintiff requested medical attention, informing the officers that he was 71-years-old and had recently undergone open-heart surgery and five bypasses. Officers told plaintiff he would be given a Desk Appearance Ticket and released within an hour.
