Description: On October 10, 2011, at 91st St and Lexington Ave, NY, NY, plaintiff was standing with four acquaintances. They were approached by defendants, who ordered them to line up against a wall. Three police vehicles approached. There were six officers at the scene, including two officers attired in white shirts. A white female and her husband arrived. The female's husband threatened plaintiff and acquaintances in the presence of the defendants, stating he would shoot them if he saw them in his neighborhood again. The female walked up and down the line, observing plaintiff and acquaintances.
