Description: On October 23, 2012, Defendants FERRARI, BRACERO and DOE 1 (“Individual Defendants”) accosted, assaulted and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was walking down the block when a vehicle pulled up alongside Plaintiff, almost hitting him. Three men jumped out of the vehicle, scaring Plaintiff, and he ran from them.
