Description: On April 18, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully walking near a park when NYPD officers in a marked car called him over and asked for identification. Plaintiff complied. The officers then frisked Plaintiff. The officers issued two tickets containing false allegations of disorderly conduct and violating park rules. On July 1 the tickets were dismissed.
