Description: On May 18, 2021, while lawfully attempting to park his vehicle at West 162nd Street and St. Nicholas Avenue in New York, the plaintiff was unlawfully approached, stopped, questioned, searched, battered, assaulted, and arrested by the defendants, including but not limited to Luis Segura and John Does, without legal justification. The defendants falsely charged the plaintiff with committing offenses without conducting any investigation. After the arrest, the plaintiff was taken to the 33rd Precinct, where he was held for six hours before being transferred to NY Presbyterian Hospital for severe injuries directly resulting from the wrongful acts of the defendants.
