Description: On February 1, 2016, Plaintiffs were lawfully present at 1396 E. 46th St. in Brooklyn when NYPD officers forcibly entered the premises without presenting a valid search warrant. The officers conducted a search, accosted the Plaintiffs, and arrested them without probable cause. Plaintiffs were handcuffed, searched without consent, and transported to a police precinct, where they were detained and falsely charged with various weapons and forged instrument offenses based on fabricated information provided by the officers, despite the absence of any evidence.
