Description: Plaintiff was riding his bike when Defendant Officers stopped him, tackled him, and arrested him for criminal possession of a weapon although they told him they were arresting Plaintiff for biking on the street. The DA declined to prosecute. Plaintiff was arrested on another occasion and charged with criminal possession of a weapon which was later dismissed.
