P.O. #2 John Doe hit Plaintiff with a closed fist to the face. P.O. #3 John Doe placed his knee on the left side of Plaintiff’s face and head while he was thrown to the ground and other officers continued to kick his body. Description: On September 19, 2012, the plaintiff was riding his bike on his way home when defendants Har and John Doe No. 1 were driving in an unmarked car and cut him off by turning into a parking lot without signaling, causing him to ride his bike up onto the sidewalk.
