Complaint
Description: On April 21, 2017, Plaintiff was touched, grabbed, handcuffed, seized, and arrested in an excessive manner and with excessive force. Plaintiff was falsely accused of committing a crime. Plaintiff was assaulted and battered. As a result, Plaintiff suffered serious injuries to his head, neck, back, body, and limbs. The charges were dismissed on October 30, 2017. On October 15, 2017, Plaintiff was touched, grabbed, handcuffed, seized, and arrested in an excessive manner and with excessive force by Defendants. Defendants battered Plaintiff and caused injuries to his head, neck, back, body, and limbs.
