Description: On August 7, 2023, plaintiff was lawfully present in his apartment bedroom at 55-01 97th St., Queens, NY. Defendants approached plaintiff, tased, brought to the ground, handcuffed and arrested him. Plaintiff was taken to Elmhurst Hospital due to the injuries sustained from the arrest. Upon hospital discharge, plaintiff was taken to a precinct where he spent 24 hours, before being transported to central booking. While plaintiff was in custody, defendants provided false information to prosecutors about plaintiff's apprehension and signed an accusatory instrument, that contained false material facts.
