Description: On April 20, 2018, Plaintiff was exiting his parked vehicle to pick up food for delivery when defendant P.O.s, including Zohaib Iqbal and Daryl Melhado stopped plaintiff and commanded him to get back in his car without justification. Defendants ordered plaintiff to roll down the windows of his vehicle and asked plaintiff for his driving license and vehicle registration. Defendants radioed for backup and ordered plaintiff to get out of his car. Six more unnamed police officers arrived on the scene. Defendants, including Iqbal and Melhado, searched Plaintiff's vehicle without consent, warrant, or probable cause.
