Description: Plaintiff Janelle Ross was working at Burger King, when her brother, plaintiff Harrison Ross came to the parking lot to drop off their mother's debit card to Ms. Ross. Defendant and police officer Eric Loria approached Mr. Ross in the parking lot and asked to speak with him. Mr. Loria is also neighbors with the plaintiffs. Mr. Ross declined to speak with Mr. Loria, who did not state that he wished to speak with Mr. Ross in his capacity as a police officer.
