Description: On Dec 22, 2016 officers Carlos Miranda, Arnaud Polynice and Matthew Lambert stopped a vehicle Mr. Barreto's (plaintiff's) three sons were in, allegedly for tinted windows. One son facetimed Mr. Barreto's wife and she heard a physical struggle between the officers and her sons. Mr. Barreto and his wife arrived at the scene and saw six officers punching their son. Mr. Barreto asked what was happening and several officers approached. One officer punched Mr. Barreto twice in the throat, later took his badge from under his shirt and said "if you want to fight me we can go around the corner."
