Complaint
Description: On or about February 17, 2017, plaintiff was lawfully present in the street, when defendant POs Does arrested him for possession of a weapon and ammunition, claiming that they discovered a bag containing such items. Plaintiff never possessed such items. Defendant POs Troiani and Does then knowingly provided false information to the District Attorney, causing the prosecution of plaintiff.
