Description: On or about July 15, 2022 at approximately 9:25 a.m., Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Vicinity of Kent Avenue and N. 12th Street, Brooklyn, N.Y., and after finishing her work shift, was speaking with a co-worker, whom she encountered enroute to a bus stop.
