Description: On August 5, 2010, plaintiffs were alleged to have committed the murder of Damian Campbell. They were indicted and incarcerated on Rikers Island for five years defending this case. All the alleged testimony against them proved to be false at trial, and it came to light that exculpatory evidence had been discovered soon after the murder.
