Description: On September 19, 2018, Plaintiff was in the vicinity of East Fordham Road and Grand Concourse in the Bronx, when Defendant Officers, without a warrant or legal justification, stopped, searched, grabbed and detained Plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was falsely arrested, incarcerated for over 24 hours, and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.
