Description: On September 14, 2023, plaintiff was on the street in Queens when he was illegally stopped, seized, and arrested by defendant NYPD Officers Nicholas Medina and several John Doe officers. Defendants grabbed him with their hands, threw him to the ground, and dragged him along the ground. Defendants then tased plaintiff before handcuffing him tightly enough to cause pain and bleeding in his wrists. Defendants then took plaintiff to a nearby precinct, where he was searched, questioned without counsel present, and not provided medical attention after being tased.
