Description: On December 29, 2018, the plaintiff and another person accompanying him were in his vehicle when the certain unidentified police officers including Jose Leon, Michael Lacondi and Miguel Perea, approached the car and alleged that the vehicle smelled of marijuana. The defendants then pulled the plaintiff out of his vehicle by his arm and began to unlawfully search the plaintiff when the plaintiff scared of the situation started to run but then stopped and completed the pat down search. The defendants then threw the plaintiff to the ground and tasered him twice when he was face down on the ground. They then handcuffed him. Both, the plaintiff and the accompanying person were then taken to the hospital and then bro...
