Complaint
Description: Defendant Officers pulled Plaintiff over in an unmarked car, reached in his window and opened the car door and searched it. Officers found prescribed percocet and arrested Plaintiff, took him to the 113th precinct, and charged him with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and with having pulled away from the curb without signaling. Charges were later ACD'd.
