Complaint
Description: On August 11, 2016, the defendant officer approached the plaintiff's parked car, threatened, handcuffed, and otherwise assaulted the Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct. Plaintiff sustained severe, painful and serious personal injuries in and about his head, limbs and body; became sick, sore, lame and disabled; suffered contusions, abrasions, lacerations, dislocations and sprains; suffered a severe shock to his nervous system and certain internal injuries; was confined to a hospital, bed and home for a long period of time. Some of his injuries are permanent and long lasting.
