Description: On or about August 3, 2017, at approximately 10:00 PM in the vicinity of 1414 Wythe Place, Bronx, NY, Plaintiff was on his way to visit his girlfriend, who lives at the above address. As Plaintiff was entering his girlfriend’s building, he observed a large crowd of people running out. Plaintiff then also ran out of the building. At this moment, Defendant P.O. Joseph Ingui, P.O. Ciaran Tracey and some other police officers arrived at the above location and acted in concert with another by tasing Plaintiff.
