Description: On March 1, 2015 at approximately 1:00 AM, Officers Vincent Nevling and Alonzo Macias and 2 unidentified officers, absent a warrant, probable cause or justification, stopped, searched, assaulted, battered and detained Plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search, arraigned and prosecuted. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours and required to make numerous court appearances until all charges were dismissed. As a result, Plaintiff sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries.
