Description: On or about October 19, 2019, Plaintiff, a female of black African American descent, was stopped, questioned, searched, and arrested without probable cause or a warrant at the intersection of 124th Street and Lenox Avenue by Officers Ian Abramowitz, Michael Porr, and Hilary Hudson, as well as 10 Doe Officers.
