Description: On or about August 20, 2013 at approximately 7:00 PM, Officer Lennon and other unknown officers stopped, assaulted, battered and arrested Plaintiff without probable or just cause. The officers tightly handcuffed and detained Plaintiff for a total of approximately 40 hours. While in custody, Plaintiff experienced pain and was transported to a hospital where he received several hours of medical treatment. The officers assaulted and battered Plaintiff also at the precinct, the hospital and central booking. The officers provided false and inaccurate information to the DA's office so that Plaintiff would be prosecuted. As a result, Plaintiff has suffered serious and permanent injuries.
