Description: After Plaintiff found out his granddaughter was arrested on trespassing charges, he went to investigate. He was assaulted by 83rd precinct officers who also charged him with Criminal Trespass. On two other separate occasions, police entered Plaintiff's home while he was not there and questioned his grandson. Officers charged plaintiff, his wife, and his grandson with false charges. Plaintiff was also denied medical attention.
