Description: On June 23, 2016, plaintiff was lawfully inside her apartment at 1978 Madison Avenue, Apt. G2, New York, New York, when defendant NYPD police officers unlawfully entered the apartment without a valid warrant. The officers did not recover any drugs, weapons, or other contraband from the search, but nonetheless placed the plaintiff under arrest and transported her to the 25th Precinct. Before leaving the apartment, the defendants forced the plaintiff to put on her bra and panties in front of two male officers. Description: On June 23, 2016, plaintiff was lawfully present inside his apartment when defendant-NYPD officers, including officers Michael Mendez (Shield No. 7126) and Robert Gould, Sergeant Vincent Rodriguez, Sergeant John Toscano, Detective Williams Dooley (Shield No. 12614), entered the premises without a valid or legally obtained warrant. The defendants proceeded to unlawfully search the apartment and residents inside.
