Description: On July 6, 2019, Elijah Reel was unlawfully arrested by Officers Tiffany Marchese, Dennison Durgaadeen, Justin Verrino, Francis Bryant, James Hynes, Ryan Kenny and John Doe, while he was legally parked in a friend's driveway.
Officers Marchese, Durgaadeen, Verrino, Bryant, Hynes, Kenny and Doe approached and demanded Reel's driver's license, during which one officer threatened to blow his head off with a gun. The Officers forcibly removed Reel from the vehicle, slammed him to the ground and spread out his arms and legs to unlawfully search his person. The Officers proceeded to violently contort Reel's body, arms and wrists, as they rear handcuffed him in an excessively tight fashion without any probable cause...

Description: On February 14, 2014 Plaintiff was lawfully present inside a deli. Prior to this, DHS PO Barron Whitten had a history of harassing Plaintiff and Plaintiff had filed several complaints regarding PO Whitten's behavior. While at the deli PO Whitten approached and began to verbally abuse Plaintiff. Without provocation, PO Whitten then physically grabbed Plaintiff, punched PLaintiff in the face, dragged Plaintiff outside, threw him to the ground, and began kicking Plaintiff.
