Complaint
Description: On march 20, 2019, around 10:00 A.M., plaintiff Permaul Subramany was lawfully sitting in his chair in his home at 950 Jennings Street, 6K, Bronx, when police offices broke down his door and pointed guns at Plaintiff. Police searched the entire apartment and brought in a K-9. Plaintiff was exposed to a humiliating search and forced to leave his apartment. Police officers stated they made a mistake and entered the wrong apartment. Plaintiff was released about two hours later.
