Description: On July 8, 2017, Plaintiff was lawfully within the vicinity of 745 E. 152nd St, Bronx, NY. Several NYC Police Officers, including defendants Caban, Cordero and Doe approached Plaintiff. Plaintiff was forced to the ground at gunpoint by defendant officers. The officers slammed Plaintiff into the ground. Plaintiff was handcuffed, punched in the back of the head several times and subjected to unlawful use of force by defendants. The officers unlawfully searched Plaintiff. Defendants recovered no contraband from Plaintiff. Defendants placed Plaintiff into handcuffs and under arrest, and transported him to the precinct. Description: On July 29, 2017, plaintiff was unlawfully arrested, detained and imprisoned by defendant NYPD defendant officers Jose Cordero, Monolin Molina and Sergeant Jose Caban. Plaintiff was at a lobby entrance to a building in the Bronx when he saw Molina battering a third party, whereupon plaintiff began to video tape Molina and another unnamed officer. Molina attacked another bystander, punching him in the face, who was then arrested by Cordero. Plaintiff was arrested by defendant NYPD officers as a result of his videotaping of the incident. Defendant officers then falsified evidence to arrest, detain and prosecute plaintiff.

Description: On July 28, 2017, while driving his girlfriend's vehicle (with her permission and with her in the front passenger seat), plaintiff was pulled over by a clack unmarked vehicle, from which 3 plainclothes NYPD detectives, Molina, Caban, and Doe. Asked to exit the vehicle, plaintiff complied, raising his hands above his head and informing them that he was "a member of service" and that his NYPD ID was in his pocket. Plaintiff was punched in the face, picked up and bodyslammed to the ground by Detectives Molina and Caban.
