Description: The plaintiff and his girlfriend were outside their residence when the defendant officer seized the plaintiff's girlfriend's medication. The plaintiff explained to the officers that the medication was part of his girlfriend's cancer treatment. The defendants handcuffed the plaintiff and his girlfriend and put them in an unmarked blue van that lacked proper ventilation and affected the girlfriend's breathing. Their requests to be removed because of this were ignored. The ride to the 46th precinct was a "rough ride". There, the plaintiff was charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. Plaintiff was later released from custody and his charges were dropped.
