Description: On September 18, 2012 at around 10:20PM, Plaintiff was walking on the sidewalk when he was falsely arrested without cause or justification by Defendant Officers, including Defendant Officer Salvator Billigmeier and Defendant Sergeant Edward Ryan Tax. Plaintiff had not committed any illegl act, nor did he attempt to commit a crime. Defendant Officers Billigmeier and Ryan provided false testimony in order to have Plaintiff criminally prosecuted.
