Description: On January 27, 2022, while lawfully near Avenue of the Americas and 23rd Street in New York, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, battered, assaulted, and arrested by the defendants in an excessive manner without legal justification. Prior to the arrest, the plaintiff became aware of the defendant officers when they sped by him and hit a pedestrian, subsequently emerging from their vehicle, using curse words, and blaming the plaintiff for leading them into a traffic accident. Description: On June, 1 2019, in the vicinity of 119 5th Ave New York, New York, the plaintiff was walking down the street of 5th Avenue when multiple unidentified individuals of a large protesting crowd began to smash the windows of buildings. Plaintiff was simply an observer of the crimes being committed. Nonetheless, the defendants approached plaintiff, aimed their guns at her, and assaulted her. She was held face down on the ground in front of the store being burglarized with broken glass in her face. While on the floor, one of the defendants shoved their handgun into her spine and affixed handcuffs on her extremely tightly.
