Description: On or about January 27, 2023, six NYPD officers, named as John Doe defendants in the complaint, forcibly entered Plaintiff Jahreese Ferera's home and arrested him without an arrest warrant. Ferera, who is African American, had hired a hairstylist to style his hair at home.
