Complaint
Description: On August 19, 2019, although Officer Lentini did not witness the plaintiff committing a crime, he shot the plaintiff in the back with a taser. Then, Officer Hall tackled the plaintiff to the ground and both officers placed a knee on the plaintiff's neck and cuffed him. He was taken to the hospital where he remained cuffed the entire time. He was then taken to Central Booking, where Defendant officers allowed false charges to be lodged against the plaintiff and provided false documents and reports to the Court and the Queens District Attorney's Office. The plaintiff was then prosecuted for 3 months.
