Description: On or about January 14, 2021, inside of 20 Richman Plaza,
apartment, 41E Plaintiff was spending some time with some friends when Patricia Caputo ("Caputo") and John Does (collectively, "Defendants") unlawfully and illegally entered the above apartment. They entered the apartment they handcuffed and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff arrived at the 46th precinct where he was subjected to strip search but nothing illegal was recovered. After being held for several hours at the 46 precinct, Plaintiff was transported to Bronx County Central Booking. On or about January 15, 2021, Plaintiff was released from custody after the Office of the Bronx County District Attorney declined to prosecute the arrest.
