Description: On September 18, 2012, shortly after midnight, plaintiff was approached on the sidewalk by defendant NYPD officer Camacho and defendant John Doe officers. Defendants, without reasonable suspicion or probable cause, forced plaintiff to the ground, scraped him against the sidewalk, twisted his arms, and applied tight handcuffs, and kicked him in the process of arresting plaintiff.
