Defendant Officers Santiago, Roe, and Doe then unlawfully searched and detained Plaintiff using excessive force in an aggressive manner that resulted in physical and emotional injuries. Plaintiff was then subject to a strip search while in Defendants' custody without any justification and held for over 24 hours before his charges were dropped.

Description: On or about August 17, 2016, at approximately 3pm, Officers Brandon Gembecki, Jose Santiago, and Adam Landesberg knocked on John Meador's door. Mr. Meador asked to see a search warrant, the officers refused, and Mr. Meador said they could not enter. The officers placed their hands on their guns and entered without Mr. Meador's consent. Mr. Meador was confined to one room in his apartment while the officers searched the premises. At the conclusion of the search, the officers seized a broken plastic air gun and a toy cap gun.
