Description: On April 6, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully walking with his brother and cousins when the defendants unlawfully stopped them. Without cause or justification, one of the defendants grabbed Plaintiff aggressively and demanded his identification, and Plaintiff provided his identification. One of the officers took out handcuffs, and Plaintiff asked the reason. One of the officers extended his metal baton and struck Plaintiff in the ankle twice, causing him to suffer severe pain and injury. The officers then handcuffed Plaintiff, falsely arrested him, and took him to a police precinct.
