Description: On November 20, 2014, at approximately 8 pm inside the A, C and E subway station at West 4th Street, Plaintiff was being chased by defendant POs Michael Thomas and Jason Tornin when they negligently collided with Plaintiff, causing him to fall down a flight of stairs and resulting in severe injuries to the Plaintiff and he was knocked unconscious. The defendant POs knew that the Plaintiff had not committed, nor was about to commit a felony or serious crime, but rather a violation, so their continued chase of Plaintiff was unnecessary and unjustified.
